Water for daily living in a castle town

As a castle town in the domain of Tsugaru in Edo-era, town of Hirosaki has been prospered in centuries. Home of this remarkable water is Kamisuki Town, name of which said to originate in a story that local government document papers were manufactured with clean spring water in the area. Called "Shitsuko" locally, the water had since long been utilized for paper manufacturing until early Showa Era. Today it well supports daily living of local residents .
The water spot is located in mid Hirosaki City, a place where local people gather to take precious source for their teas and cuisines.
